Now. Yes. i do not live with Master right now. When i move in a few months it will not be in with Master (bbooo) but it will be closer to Him. Eventually, i WILL be a live at home slave. Be it with Master or someone else it will happen. LOL Anyway, in an attempt to help prepare myself and to help get my life more organized now i am going to start making a household manual.  Really this is to help me shop more efficiently and financially responsible, to start getting a handle on my finances and also to start organizing my household information, tips tricks etc.  So.

  1. Anyone have any suggestions????  This can be anything from cleaning tips to tips for what to put in the manual in the first place, saving money tips, etc.
  2. Anyone have any good templates or know where i can get any?  i do not have Microsoft Office however so it’d have to be pdf or something.
  3. Insert whatever you want here :P

If you are interested in household manuals here are a couple links i already have:

http://divine-domesticity.blogspot.com/2008/01/retro-household-manual-is-back.html

The sections i already plan on starting are:

  1. Cleaning tips and tricks
  2. Household rules (this, right now, will more be Master’s rules for me than anything)
  3. Shopping list

Often these include recipes but i’m such a cooker i already have a huge recipe binder along with a bunch of cookbooks.  i also plan on incorporating dry erase sheets in this, that way i can save on paper waste and stuff.  i will be using a 3-ring binder.  i’m a fucking 3-ring binder whore lol.

Alright.  i SO need to go to bed…it’s fucking 4:30 am… argh…

I LOVE my household notebook, don’t go anywhere without it. I have sections for things like “books I want to read”, “recipes I want to try”, a list for gift ideas for friends and family (a separate piece of paper for each individual, which lists things like their sizes, color preferences, hobbies…anything to help with gift buying).

I also have sections for my kids, to keep things like their medical information and such important things. In this section I also keep chore charts for the younger boys, so they can check each day and see if they earned their smily faces *grins*

all this in addition to a normal daily planner and address book. I have some links I can give you later for free printouts for a home journal, just remind me (I am not at my home computer right now so I cannot pull up the links)
